These Terms cover the public website only. Consulting, engineering, and other professional services are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. If those documents conflict with these Terms on the paid work, the engagement documents control for that work.

Content on this site—including service descriptions, team listings, and sample Customer Area materials—is for general information. It is not a proposal, not legal, security, or engineering advice, and not a guarantee of a particular outcome. Vendor names and marks belong to their owners; references mean technologies RCTS may support or deploy and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Support form and Customer Area
You may submit a project inquiry from the homepage or a support request through the Customer Area form. You agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have authority to contact us on behalf of the organization you name
- You will not include passwords, private keys, one-time codes, or other secrets
- Submitting a form does not create a paid engagement or a guaranteed response time
Features labeled as planned—such as customer login, file uploads, and ticket history—are not live. We may change, pause, or remove website features at any time.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or disrupt the site, or attempt to bypass security or access controls

Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCTS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCTS and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the website. Our total liability for claims arising from the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under Alabama or other applicable law. They do not change any different liability terms in a signed client agreement.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify RCTS against claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your form submissions, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, you agree that courts located in Madison County, Alabama are the exclusive venue for disputes about the website.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue to use the site after an update, the revised Terms apply.
